About BhuBharati Explorer
Telangana land & agricultural records, in one search
BhuBharati (Bhu Bharati) is the Telangana government’s public land-records portal, the successor to Dharani, covering agricultural and non-agricultural land across every district, mandal, and village. BhuBharati Explorer is a free, unofficial, read-only tool for searching that data: open the record explorer and fetch all BhuBharati records for a village in one pass, complete with survey numbers, Khata, pattadar ownership, extent, and classification. For a Bhu Bharathi land details search by name, the pattadar lookup searches one village's record for a single owner, so you never need the survey number.
What is BhuBharati?
BhuBharati (Bhu Bharati) is the Telangana government’s public portal for land records, the successor to Dharani, covering agricultural and non-agricultural land across every district, mandal, and village. BhuBharati Explorer is a free, unofficial, read-only tool for searching that data.
How do I see all BhuBharati records for a village?
Choose a district, mandal, and village above, then select Fetch village records. The explorer walks every survey number for that village and compiles all available Khata entries into one searchable, sortable, and exportable table.
Where can I find Telangana agricultural land records?
Once you fetch a village’s records, each entry includes the land type and classification field, covering both agricultural and non-agricultural parcels, alongside survey number, Khata, pattadar name, and extent in acres and guntas.
Can I do a Bhu Bharathi land details search by name?
pattadar lookup searches a village's record by pattadar name instead of survey number. Pick the district, mandal, and village, then type the name in Telugu or English, spelling does not have to match the record, with the father or husband name as an optional second filter. Every survey entry, Khata number, and extent standing in that name comes back together.
Is BhuBharati Explorer the official government portal?
No. BhuBharati Explorer is an unofficial, read-only interface that reads public data from bhubharati.telangana.gov.in. No portal records are changed. Verify critical details against the official portal or your current documents.
